A Tulsa, Oklahoma, cosmetologist who refused her students to help a mother who suffered from a rare skin disorder has been fired from her job.
Diana Vollrath is charged with a misdemeanor for refusing to help Dr. Laura Kuehnle’s mother, Tristan Kuehnle, obtain a skin graft.
Kueehnle had a cystic fibrosis diagnosis and her condition has limited her mobility.
Diva Vollrlath, a licensed cosmetologists, was charged with misdemeanor assault after allegedly attacking a student in May 2017.
A Tulsa County jury found her not guilty in April of one count of misdemeanor assault.
